The Berry Show is an annual agricultural show and will be held on Friday 2nd to Saturday 3rd February 2018 in the picturesque rural town of Berry on the NSW South Coast.
The Show has been promoting excellence in the local community for over 129 years. We have a cattle show with both dairy and beef breeds, as well as a large horse show over the two days, including hack, sporting and showjumping classes.
There is also a pavilion where you can enter and admire local arts, crafts, paintings, photography, flowers, preserves and cooking.
It’s a full two days of entertainment as well, with a Rodeo on Friday night, woodchopping events, Young Farmer Challenge, Showgirl announcement and Fireworks display as well as a cafe and bar to keep everyone refreshed!
There is nothing quite like the BERRY SHOW!
The Berry Show is organised and run by two committees of over 75 volunteers as well hundreds of volunteers that join in at Show time!

Agricultural shows in the Berry district date back to 1887, when an unofficial agricultural exhibition was held at nearby Broughton Creek. The Show was first staged on the current site the following year, and by the turn of the century the custom was firmly entrenched.
With the exception of four war years, the Berry Show has been held ever since, and remains a showcase for all sorts of produce, ranging from sugar melons to sunflowers, poultry to pasture. And of course, there’s the cattle and goat judging, a huge program of horse events, and the hard-fought contests for the finest cakes and jams, flowers and arts and crafts.
We’re searching for a person most suited to represent young rural women of NSW during her term as “Showgirl”.LEARN MORE
