    Please note all our sites are positioned along the pedestrian roads. We have two prices one for trades and one for food vendors.

    Important

    Payment deadline: 19 December 2025 or within two weeks of receiving your invoice (if issued before that date).

    Payment Details

    An invoice will be emailed to you on acceptance of Trade Site or Food Vendor.

    Payment must be received in full by 19 December 2025, or within two weeks of receiving the invoice if issued prior to this date.

    Public Liability Insurance

    We cannot allocate you a site until full payment is received and you have supplied a current Certificate of Currency.

    • Certificate of Currency must be current at the time of the Show.
    • Minimum cover: $20,000,000.00.

    Terms & Conditions

    • The trader agrees not to sell items on the ASC Banned Items List (view list).
    • Exhibitors occupy their allocated site at their own risk.
    • Berry Show Society shall not be liable for loss or damage to Exhibitor property whilst on site.
    • If Berry Show Society cancels the event, this contract shall cease.
    • All power leads must be tested and tagged.
    • All marquees must be securely anchored into the ground.
    • Bump in times: Thursday 29 January 9:00am–8:00pm; Friday 30 January prior to 7:00am.
      Thursday arrivals: Go to the Show Office (Gate 2, Albany Street) to collect wristbands and directions.
      Friday arrivals: Enter via Gate 4, Station Street, between 6:00–7:00am. Collect wristbands from the gatekeeper and call:

    • Bump out times: From 9:00pm Saturday 31 January, to be completed by 5:00pm Monday 2 February 2026.

    Show Opening & Closing

    Friday 30 January 2026 & Saturday 31 January 2026
    7:30am–10:00pm

    Stall Operating Times

    Stallholders must operate between 8:00am–8:00pm on Friday 30 January & Saturday 31 January 2026.

    Security

    Security will be provided from 6:00pm Thursday until 11:00pm Saturday. NSW Police will patrol the Show and Showground. Flood lights will remain on overnight.

    Vehicle Movements

    Vehicle movements during Show operating times (7:30am–10:00pm Friday & Saturday) are prohibited unless accompanied on foot by the Grounds Co-Ordinator or their representative.
