Each year, the AgShows NSW Young Woman Competition seeks to find an ambassador for rural New South Wales and the agricultural show movement. Open to women aged 18–26 who reside in NSW, the competition celebrates community involvement, leadership, and a passion for agriculture.
Sponsored by Berry Physiotherapy

Bronte Campbell, proudly sponsored by Berry Physiotherapy, is a dedicated 20-year-old student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Exercise Science at Wollongong University. Eager to further her studies, Bronte intends to continue into postgraduate physiotherapy, reflecting her commitment to a future in allied health. Her enthusiasm for learning is matched by her active participation in her classes, where she also volunteers her time.
Bronte received her foundational education at Berry Public School and Bomaderry High School, where she distinguished herself by serving as School Captain. This experience helped shape her leadership skills and deepened her connection to her community and peers. Bronte firmly believes that the qualities she developed as a student—dedication, enthusiasm, and leadership—will guide her as she continues to learn more about Berry and the surrounding region through her involvement in this program.
Sport has always played an integral role in Bronte’s life. She began her working career as a professional surfer, an experience that sparked her passion for allied health and set her on the path to becoming a physiotherapist. Beyond surfing, Bronte has been involved in a variety of sports, including dancing, netball, horse riding, football, and swimming. These experiences have not only contributed to her personal growth but have also fuelled her ambition to work within the elite sporting industry as a physiotherapist.
Bronte’s commitment to her community is evident in her active involvement with the “Pink Up Berry” fundraiser, where she has played a key role in coordinating Berry Physiotherapy’s participation for the past two years. Through this work, she has further developed her appreciation for community service and the importance of supporting local initiatives.
By taking part in the Young Woman program, Bronte hopes to deepen her connection with the community. She looks forward to collaborating with the Berry Show Committee and local farmers and is excited to contribute directly to the Berry Show—a longstanding tradition she has attended throughout her life. Bronte is enthusiastic about supporting the traditions that define and strengthen the Berry community.
Bronte’s ultimate goal is to work as a physiotherapist in the elite sporting industry. She has already taken significant steps toward this ambition through her university studies and her role at Berry Physiotherapy. Bronte recognizes the vital role of community care, especially within allied health, and finds fulfillment in helping people in her local area move and feel their best.
Growing up in Berry has instilled in Bronte a profound appreciation for community, its people, and its traditions. From her education and sports journey to her evolving career in allied health, she has consistently sought to contribute, learn, and grow alongside the town that raised her. Bronte would be deeply honoured to represent Berry, not only as an ambassador but as someone who is proud to call this community home.
