We’re excited for the Woodchop event at the 2026 Berry Show! This traditional competition showcases incredible skill, strength, and precision from both men and women competitors, celebrating a craft rooted deeply in rural heritage. It’s always
a crowd favourite.

The feature Woodchop event is the Australian National Underhand Championship that has attracted world class Axemen in years past.

The Show will also host the NSW State Championship chop for women, attracting top female competitors from across the state.

These together with the sawing and tree felling events will make up a full Friday evening and Saturday program with world class competition.
