The horse program fills four rings in the McGoldrick Main Arena across both days. Friday brings a wide variety of led and ridden breeds, from miniature ponies and Shetlands to Arabians, Thoroughbreds, Australian Stock Horses, Clydesdales and Shires. On Saturday, Pony Club and junior rider classes give young riders their chance to shine, alongside open riding, hack, Galloway and show hunter competitions. The program builds to the Supreme Champion Hack and Supreme Champion Show Hunter awards, before flag, bending and barrel races bring a fast finish from around 4pm.
Horse yards are $20 for the Show, paid with your booking on Global.
Everyone entering the arena must sign a waiver at the Announcer’s box and wear the wristband supplied by the entry stewards. All competitors and supporters should buy their Show entry tickets online beforehand.
