Entries close at 5pm Tuesday, 28th January 2025 

$5 entry fee per class. No late entries will be accepted. 

Conditions 

COMPLETION OF ENTRY FORM 

• When completing the entry form, please enter one exhibit per line. 
• If it is necessary to use more than one line per entry, such as in specialty classes, join the lines together with a bracket {to indicate one entry}, applicable to classes such as Dam and Daughter. 
• Substitutions to already entered goats are allowed on the day however, entry changes will not appear in the show book, catalogue or official show records. 
• A School Class goat is defined as a goat owned and exhibited by a recognised school. 

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS 

The requirements listed below are regulations set down by governing bodies in NSW. Forms marked (PWE) have been provided to each exhibitor with the official show entry form. 

• All exhibits must provide a National Goat Health Statement (PWE). 
• Goat Show and Sale Declaration (PWE). 
• All exhibitors must provide a National Vendors Declaration OR Transport Stock Statement. 
• All goats must carry a NLIS tag. 

ENTRY CONDITIONS - ALL GOAT CLASSES (GENERAL CONDITIONS) 

• All animals must be free of external parasites. All animals must be owned by the exhibitor. Classes with only one entry may have the entry moved to an adjoining class (where appropriate). 
• Goats may be moved to another class at the discretion of the judge. 
• All stud animals over 12 months of age must be registered. 
• All stud animals must have a clear and legible identification. 
• Age is calculated at the date of the Show on a month-to-month basis. 
• The wearing of white coats will be at the discretion of the Judge. 
• All exhibitors must remain seated unless otherwise instructed by the Judge. 
• Exhibitors must not talk to the Judge during judging unless instructed by the Judge. 
• Points awarded towards Angora of the Year.
